Passages and Anchorages: the log of Julia B

The log is a list of the places we have been since leaving the Harborage Marina in St. Petersburg, Florida on October 30, 2003. It is not every log entry, just each passage we have made, short or long and the anchorages we spent a night or longer.

As can be seen from the log entries, some places we stay only a night, others we stay a month. It all depends on if we like the place, need to rest, need groceries, need a phone, have met good people and want to party some more or something broke and we need to fix it. This last category has happened a lot since the beginning of this trip. But, it seems all cruising stints begin with lots of breakdowns. The same happened to us on Into the Mystic.

This log will be updated as often as possible but probably no more than once a month. For our latest position go to www.winlink.org and select Position Reporter. Put in my ham call sign (KI4BGV) and you will see a map showing our current location.

In the log, places for which we have pictures are indicated by a photo of the area. Click on the photo and you´ll be directed to that location in our photo gallery.
